So I won the house that I never wanted in the divorce,

and I tried listing it, but all of the offers I'm getting are just terrible.

So I've been working really hard, and I saved up a little bit of money,

and I was just wondering, looking into getting some remodeling done.

And I don't have the biggest budget, but I was just hoping to, you know, maybe get something.
